Principle
◆Skin effect heating works in variable frequency control cabinet of power supply by converting three-phase line-frequency current into adjustable single-phase output with middle-frequency, which will supply power to single-core cable electrothermal sucker rod. When current occurs in the skins of hollow rod because of increased frequency, skin effect heating generates.
◆ Impulse resistance heating works in rectifying voltage-regulated control cabinet by converting three-phase line-frequency current into single-phase direct impulse, which will supply power to single-core cable electrothermal sucker rod. When current occurs in hollow sucker rod and cables, direct impulse resistance heat generates.
◆ Cable turbulent heating works in three-phase power-regulated control cabinet by converting three-phase line-frequency current into adjustable three-phase output, which supplies power to three-core heating cable in the hollow rod. Turbulent resistance by heating cables generates turbulent resistance heat.
