It mainly consists of control cabinet for variable frequency power supply, high-temperature resistance cable and multi-group electromagnetic heater. Electromagnetic heaters are installed in series in different places of an oil pipe, even access to oil reservoir. Powered by variable frequency power supply through high-temperature resistant cable, it could heat and magnetize the crude oil in pipes and oil reservoir, after magnetism is converted from electricity, to get increased oil’s concentration ratio and fluidness and pump efficiency without wax deposition. The structure of an electrothermal sucker rod forms by an electric loop, consisting of a hollow sucker rod and single-core cables, or inserting three-core heating cables into a hollow sucker rod. It is powered respectively by variable frequency power supply, DC impulse power supply and three-phase function regulation power supply. Three heating ways are skin effect heating, impulse resistance heating and cable turbulent heating, which could fully convert electricity into heat with different features. When it works, the temperature of crude oil in oil pipes will be heighten by sucker rods. Viscosity will also be lowered.
